I had to get pretty close for this one - to fill the whole frame with steps.

Good stealth training.

I wonder what she's writing....
Is she happy. Or sad.
She certainly looked all alone sitting on the rows of empty steps with the city rushing by.

Vignetting, composition, the contrasty colors (slightly desaturated?) - very compelling picture! I think it speaks to my love of minimalism, with just the right dose of human interest!
