Yep, another great title.

8 sec. Custom white balance.

We spotted this on the way home from a day of swimming and hiking in Litchfield National Park. This place is just immense and full of waterfalls and watering holes. Apparently the park rangers burn out dead wood and shrubbery this time of the year, right after the rainy season, to help minimize forest fires later in the season. A pretty cool sight to stumble across in the middle of nowhere! Had to stop for a quick snap. :)

This is great - love that orange, and the natural arch created by those two silhouetted trees in the front -

Beautiful, i like the natural framing with the trees in the forefront, great colours. :)
I'm surprised there was practically no movement in the trees for those 8 seconds. But I suppose they would intentionally pick the night with the lest wind, or obvious reasons.

Great colours in this. Love the trees highlighted to the far left and right of the frame. They add a lot of depth to it, and create the effect that they're circling that one tree right in the centre.
Thanks, Tim! Was quite lucky to have stopped at this exact spot. The trees seemed happy posing for me. :)
