Canon EOS 400D | EF 18-55mm | f/16 | 1/13sec | Cokin A120 | There's not many things that get me out of bed at 5:30am. A good sunrise though will do it.  I think I saw more sunrises in the last 3 months than in the past 28 years. Definitely good for the soul!This place is in the middle of nowhere - just past a little town called Coober Pedy - a place so hot the locals dig their houses into the ground. They filmed parts of Mad Max III and Pitch Black around here. It definitely has an otherworldly feel to it. The Lonely Planet descibes it, quite appropriately, as looking like the end of the world. www.garyannettphotography.com |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
